Sponsorship Opportunities

Asymmetrix Entertainment Inc. is a [501(c)(3)] non-profit organization.

Premiere Sponsorship:

The Premier Presenting Sponsor will be prominently positioned as the overall sponsor of all AEI annual events, which includes the Regional and National High School High-Stepping Marching Band Championships, High Stepping Indoor Nationals, and the Spring Jazz and Concert Music Festival. As the Premier Presenting Sponsor, your company's name will appear in the official event title of all AEI events and will be included in all marketing and public relations materials for these events.

Pre-Event Benefits

On-Site Benefits

• Company logo to appear on the football field for National Championships
• Sponsor may display 2 large banner opposite the home side of the stadium for all AEI events
• Sponsor will be introduced at the on-set and conclusion of each AEI event and prominently featured throughout the duration of the programs
• Company name or logo will appear first on all on-site signage and banners
• Two full page, 4-color ads in the souvenir program (far forward positioning)
• One page company profile in the souvenir program
• Sponsor will be allowed to hang banners, posters and distribute product samples or giveaways on-site
• Sponsor may construct a booth, tent or display on-site at all events for product marketing purposes
• Hospitality Suite at Host Hotel will be provided for 2 days of the National Championships (incidentals not included)
• Sponsor will have space designated at the stadium as VIP Reception Area for the duration of the National Championships
• A scholarships will be awarded in the name of your company
• Company representatives will be invited to participate in awards ceremonies for all AEI events
• 20 complimentary tickets to each AEI annual events
• VIP Access and Parking at all events 

Corporate Sponsorship Investment:

The corporate sponsorship will allow sponsors the opportunity to have their company's image linked to all annual AEI events. This sponsorship will include company name and logo placement on all printed advertising and marketing materials for the annual events. Corporate sponsors will also have on-site marketing privileges at each event.

• Name and/or logo on all event promotional materials
• Company banner on the AEI & Highstep.com web sites as Corporate sponsor
• Links from the AEI & Highstep.com web sites to your company Web site
• Product giveaways/promotions at all pre-event activities

On-Site Benefits

• Sponsors may display 1 large banner opposite the home side of the stadium for all five AEI events
• Corporate sponsors will be introduced at the onset and conclusion of each AEI event
• In addition, a minimum of 3 sponsor recognition announcements will occur throughout event programs
• Company name or logo will appear on all on-site signage and banners
• 1 Full-page, 4-color ad in souvenir program (far-forward positioning)
• One page company profile in the souvenir program
• Sponsor will be allowed to hang banners and distribute product samples or giveaways on-site in designated areas
• Sponsor may construct a booth, tent or display on-site at National Championships for product marketing purposes in designated areas
• Hospitality suite at Host hotel provided for 1 day of the National Championships (incidentals not included)
• Two overall scholarships will be awarded on your company's behalf and announced during the National Championships and the Scholarship Banquet
• Company representative will be invited to participate in the awards ceremony for all AEI events
• 10 complimentary tickets to each of the five AEI annual events
• 1 Reserved table for company representatives at the Scholarship Banquet

Regional Sponsorship:

The Regional sponsorship will allow sponsors the opportunity to have their company's image linked to all annual AEI events. This sponsorship will include company name and logo placement on all printed advertising and marketing materials for the annual events. Regional sponsors will also have on-site marketing privileges at each event.

Our Event Sponsors will receive traditional event sponsor benefits as one of the official National Championship sponsors. Company name and logo will appear on all official National Championship advertising, signage and marketing materials.
